I am a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist based in Putney, committed to providing psychotherapeutic counselling and hypnotherapy in a safe, confidential and welcoming environment. I have been trained in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am specialised in psychological trauma. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit the individual client.
I am also a Future Life Progression and Past Life Regression practitioner. These approaches are hypnotherapeutic techniques that can be experienced both as a therapy and as a curiosity or Soul exploration. These techniques can have a profound healing effect on blocks, fears, and anxieties, and can greatly improve our outlook on live and our hope for the future.
I work with individual adults and young people on an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period, with the aim of promoting positive growth, enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I am a registered member of the BACP, an accredited practitioner with The National Counselling Society and member of The Hypnotherapy Society.

I approach each client on an individual basis and tailor the sessions to fit the individual, their current struggle and the desired outcome. I aim to provide the client with the right tools and support to enable them to reach their potential.
My practice is based in Putney, within easy reach of Wandsworth, Barnes, Fulham, Southfields, Roehampton and other surrounding areas.
I am available for face-to-face and remote sessions.
